A technical document is a booklet containing information about the enterprise, including: the type and hours of operation, area calculations for the different parts of the establishment including storage space, a kitchen work flow, kitchen procedures, and kitchen cleaning procedures.
A flow chart briefly describes the food preparation process, from the input of raw foods until ready-to-eat food is sent out of the kitchen.
