A Bill of Quantities is a table listing all items that need to be purchased – or manufactured – for the kitchen. Each item will be given a serial number and will be described in detail.
The table will include: item definition, length, width and height, electrical power, water connections, drainage and fume extraction.
Clients can then use this table to look for needed equipment items with suppliers and manufacturers, or it may serve as a basis for preparing a technical specifications booklet at a later stage.
