Some clients are less comfortable handling certain aspects of their project themselves. For those clients we offer Turn-Key Project services, designed for clients who wish to start a food budiness but don’t want to handle any of the planning and construction aspects.
We work regularly with contractors who specialize in food establishments and can handle all aspects of construction. The client sets out a detailed list of their requirements and both parties agree on costs and on a construction timeline. From this point onward, responsibility for the project is handed over to the contractor, until construction is complete. Once the contractor has completed construction, all that’s left for the client is to “turn the key” and get to work.
